VISIONARIES AND MISSIONARIES
I speak unto you this day and I say that there are multitudes who would like to be missionaries, yet when I call them they look to the arm of flesh to be their support and supply. However, they are oftentimes rejected by missionary organizations, because of health, age, education, and physical mobility. That does not mean that I cannot use them.
It is Me the Living God who is in the beginning of many “Missionary Organizations,” who are picking and choosing who they think are qualified candidates, yet they fail to realize that I am the One who provided for the ones who heard the Call and trusted Me. When men and women set themselves up to be the judges over those who apply to them, they fail to realize that souls are dying without Christ every day.
They have turned aside from Me as the Source and think of themselves as the source. In such behaviors, they are imagining they know more than I. Literally, I am offended by such ones because they consider their evaluations to be of more value than Me. Yet it is Me the Living God who knows the hearts of every person and I know who has heard My Spirit command them to go.
The evaluations of such boards have failed to consider that some of the very boards they now set as “lords” over, were started by missionaries who were visionaries who saw beyond their own scope of influence. What they saw was the vast need, and their goal was to obey The Great Commission at any cost, thereby circumventing the cost to themselves. Some saw their wives, and children, die unforeseen deaths, and they buried them in foreign soil. While they trudged on, others were themselves murdered and eaten alive by the very ones they had born witness to of the Saving Power of Jesus Christ.
Those who were spared oftentimes returned to their homelands only to know that they must return to the fields and continue The Great Commission no matter their personal losses. They made it their pledge to ask no man for resources but to turn to Me as the One who could and would provide. Of course their unflinching consecration, separation, and dedication brought fruitfulness not determined by “mission boards” but by Me as the One who always made the Way for them.
Reality is that those who were pioneers for The Great Commission commandment, left for them by Jesus, took the same to heart and gave everything to carry out The Great Commission. Of course many of them were martyred yet they did what they felt was the Call to All for them. They did not flinch from laying everything personal on the altar at the risk of being called “fanatics” by their missionary peers. None of those things stopped them for they were determined to fulfill their Divine Destiny even unto death because they knew they must continue steadfast. Because of their total consecration, dedication, and separation to Me, they endured steadfast until their end came by whatever means I arranged.
These brave men and women did not turn back to the comfortable life, even when remaining friends and relatives begged them too. Rather they, like Jesus, had set their faces like flint and followed the Commission Call to forsake all. They went into all the world and preached the Gospel. As they went by Faith and stood against fear, the signs followed them and many were healed, delivered, and even raised from the dead.
Many marveled at the mercies and miracles shown forth through these valiant warriors of the Cross. Because they were armed with their spiritual armor, there was no weapon formed against them which would prevail in the end. Inasmuch as they were faithful to follow in the steps of My Son Jesus, they would never turn back as so many had done, because they loved My Son, Myself, and My Spirit until the end of their physical lives on earth and remained Faithful.
So many of these Faithful endured harsh and almost unlivable conditions to do the Great Commission, yet they endured steadfast and did not find reasons to give into the yearning for physical comfort even in old age. Never did they seek to put themselves in the position of “easy living,” for to complete their journey in honor was the goal they meant to achieve. So many of them, like Jesus, came in humility, rejected by Mission Boards, trusting in Me and not letting their needs be known to any one other than Me. Of course I was and am still able to supply the needs of the ones who keep their trust and reliance upon Me as their provider and their source. With these things kept before you, do not turn aside to pride, for the same is abomination before Me, and those who think they are able to “retire and live happily ever after will find the same is not true,” inasmuch as there are still souls perishing who have never heard the Gospel. Those who have fallen into the ditch of deep despair by natural and spiritual fornication, those who have stolen, lied, and even murdered others need to repent. The truly repentant will know they must Follow Jesus and change from their wicked ways, giving their lives over to Him to use as it seems fit. They are ready to go to any location He commands them by My Holy Spirit to go and count their own lives as nothing to fulfill the Call to All.
